physical, emotional, mental, social and spiritual.

Somatic

Based on the mind-body connection, somatic work incorporates the body into treatment to more thoroughly and effectively address the “issues in our tissues.”  Evidence-based and trauma-informed somatic techniques are utilized for the best healing of yourSELF.

Solution Focused

Goal-oriented and collaborative, in my solution-focused therapeutic

approach, we will work with your own inner wisdom in helping you create movement where you’re feeling stuck, strength where you

’re feeling weak, and an overall renewed sense of passion, life, hope and purpose.

Contemplative

Focused on quieting the mind, settling the spirit, calming the body and

fostering deep connection within yourself and God. Ancient practices are often incorporated for those who seek a little more excavating, soul searching, deep awakening and living out of your fullest self.

Do you long to hear the voice of God? Does it seem like God is silent in your life? Do you have a desire to grow closer to God, to be known and know Him more? Holy listening and spiritual formation counseling is designed to create a set-apart time and space to commune with God, hear from Him, remove boundaries, blockages and bondages, and involve another spirit-led person to journey alongside you in a moment considered “sacred ground.” In Holy Listening, we may use a variety of methods to help you connect in that deeper way you have been longing to meet with God; some of these methods may include contemplative prayer, Lectio Divina, faith based yoga, deep  breathing practices, art, journaling and various other Spirit-led activities.
