Victoria has over nine years of experience walking alongside families and individuals on their journeys towards health and healing. Having worked with toddlers, seniors and all life stages in between, she offers a deeply compassionate and empathic lens in counseling. She believes everyone has the innate capacity to heal, and works with them to tap into their own inner wisdom to find the answers they seek, while providing an atmosphere of non-judgment to create a safe space for healing. She describes her work with clients as somatic (body-mind centered), holistic, and solution-focused. Victoria is committed to helping client's experience the results and changes they are seeking.

The quote that guides her personally and professionally in this season is a statement from Mother Teresa: "If you want to change the world, go home and love your family." Not only does she wish to live this out, but to help individuals, couples and families work from the foundation of love to bridge gaps, overcome obstacles that may seem impossible, and live their way into wholeness, freedom and connection. Victoria understands how important your relationships are to your life. She wants to join you in enhancing the good that is already present and supporting clients to gain the skills they need to improve their relationships.

Victoria believes in "giving away what she has been given" and provides evidence-based techniques that she herself has experienced as a client. These include Brainspotting, Trauma Conscious Yoga, Mindfulness, Attachment Therapy and other modalities intentionally and specifically fit to each individual, group or couple she serves. She provides Faith-Based Christian Counseling to those who desire it, that includes working through aspects of spiritual formation, spiritual growth and connection, and spiritual-woundedness.

Meet Victoria! With her calm demeanor and deep knowledge in the counseling arena, she meets clients right where they are.

Victoria stays wild and alive with her family of five (often lovingly dubbed "the circus"), that includes: Her yin-to-her-yang hubby, her precious, brave, curious toddler, her mischievous, playful Corgi-Chihuahua, and her LOUD, affectionate Beagle-hound Pinscher. When out of the office, you'll find Victoria either "On the Mat" or in the mountains hunting waterfalls or being the random yogi on a rock.
