Increasing emotional intimacy and long-term relationship satisfaction
Outside of my practice, I’m a proud mother of two daughters and live in Atlanta with my husband, our girls, a lovable dog, and a few mischievous cats. I'm passionate about wellness and thrive on all things related to nature, nourishing food, and a healthy lifestyle.
Let’s work together to strengthen your relationship and reconnect with what truly matters.
