She creates a safe and supportive environment where clients can explore their thoughts and feelings openly. Her goal is to empower clients to develop coping strategies, enhance self-awareness, and achieve their personal and relationship goals. With a compassionate and non-judgmental approach, Laura works collaboratively with partners to foster understanding and emotional connection.
Outside of therapy, Laura enjoys outdoor activities with her family, physical activity, meditation and reading. She believes in the importance of self-care and strives to incorporate these practices into her own life, which informs her work with clients.
