Trained in Gottman Level 1
She holds a Bachelor of Science in Human Development and Family Studies with an International Minor from Auburn University, where she developed a love for cross-cultural work through teaching abroad. Bethany earned her Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling at Richmont Graduate University and is trained in Gottman Level 1 for couples therapy. Her passion is helping clients feel seen, understood, and supported as they pursue meaningful change and deeper connection.
Believing in the power of relationships, she understands how closely personal distress is tied to relational patterns. Bethany provides a calm, attuned space where clients feel safe to explore their internal world, reflect on how external circumstances are impacting them, and take empowered steps toward restoration and healing.

Personal
Bethany loves beginning her mornings with a cup of coffee, a quiet moment of meditation, and a sense of gratitude for the day ahead. Time with family and friends fills her life with meaning, and she is happiest when traveling, watching feel-good movies, or listening to music that lifts her spirit. Life is about savoring the little moments—and sharing them with the people she loves most.
