Ideals

Marcella believes in practicing what she encourages in therapy, living a life guided by values, intention, and self-awareness. She approaches both her personal life and her work with curiosity, balance, and a belief that growth doesn’t have to be perfect nor linear to be
meaningful.
Outside of the therapy room, Marcella enjoys traveling, reading, and spending time with her friends, family, and her cat. She loves creative outlets like embroidery and painting, caring for her ever-growing collection of plants, exploring different thrift stores, and finding new coffee shops. She also values moving her body in ways that feel good, sustainable, and enjoyable, seeing it as an important part of both physical and emotional well-being.
