Christina Thompson
You may be doing everything you can to heal on your own, but with that comes many questions. You are uncertain on if you should embrace the emotions you are feeling or run from them. Maybe you are unsure of where your pain is coming from: if it is from your past or your current circumstances. Sometimes our pain is a sign of our healing, and Christina is the ideal therapist to help you understand yourself or your relationship more deeply.
Christina has worked in a variety of environments, including community-based care, correctional settings, in-home services and office settings, supporting clients from a wide range of cultural backgrounds and experiences. She works with concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges, helping clients build insight, strengthen coping skills, and develop healthier patterns in their daily lives.

Christina believes that every person already carries within them the capacity to heal. Her role is to help people recognize those inner strengths and learn how to use them with confidence and compassion. Healing begins in a safe space — one where people feel vulnerable without fear, genuinely validated, accepted, and understood. At the heart of every relationship is the desire to truly know and be known by one another, and she helps couples build that deeper connection
